We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone: Lucidity Pictures has officially launched its for-profit sister company, Lucidity Media Corp., and we’re now accepting investors for our debut docuseries, Cradled in Glass!
Over the past several months, we’ve been hard at work building out a high-production-value documentary that combines cinematic visuals, compelling storytelling, and powerful original footage. Now, as we prepare to wrap production and enter the final stretch, we’re inviting select individuals, businesses, and organizations to invest in the success of the series.
How the Investment Model Works
We’re using a revenue-share structure—meaning investors are repaid their original investment first, and then share in future revenue from the series.
Here’s a simple example of how it works:
- Let’s say the total amount invested in the series is $1,000,000.
- You invest $250,000, which represents 25% of total investor funding.
- Once revenue begins and initial fees are paid (such as distributor fees), you’re repaid your $250,000 first.
- After that, 50% of the series’ net revenue is distributed among investors.
- Since you contributed 25% of the investor pool, you’ll receive 25% of the investor payout pool.
- So if investor payouts total $400,000 in a given year, you’d receive $100,000 that year.
- Investors continue to receive revenue on that same basis until 2121 or for the life of the company, whichever is shorter.
We believe this model fairly rewards those who support our work while keeping creative and mission control fully in the hands of Lucidity Pictures.

Where We Are Now
We’re on track to finish principal production by the end of May 2025, with several final shoots already in progress or on the calendar. These include:
- A final round of in-depth interviews
- Footage at a specialized facility related to our subject matter
- Additional b-roll, aerial, and behind-the-scenes footage to complete the visual arc of the series
Once filming wraps, we’ll immediately begin post-production, which includes:
- Editing all six episodes of the series
- Color grading
- Sound engineering and audio mastering
- Scoring original music
- Animation
- Legal review and delivery prep for distribution
